Technologies I’ve accumulated vague recollections of the acronyms for include low power wireless devices, IEEE 802.15.4, USB, VDSL and Internet protocols. Digging back into the vaults of time, this can be extended to include Digital TV, Bluetooth, 3G, DECT, GSM, Tetra and Private Mobile Radio.

Specialties: Obscure, quarter-century old programming languages (C, Erlang) and their application to modern high availability distributed systems.
