OTP-19083
Cleaned up the code and none of the changes affect the API.
Replaced size() with the apropriate calls to byte_size() and tuple_size().
Replaced the usage of the slave module with peer, which means that
CORBA 5.2 must be run on OTP-25 or newer.
OTP-19084
Updated so it can be compiled and used with OTP-27.
If one want's to build the documentation, that has to be done with
OTP-26 because the doc is not updated to the new format.
