This was forwarded to me today, and was totally new to me. I’ve not seen any mention of it in the forums or ‘Erlang’ Slack channels.
Just posting so it gets more visibility and hopefully more backers

This sounds like a great project! I would love for the getting started with Erlang to be easier.
The Kickstarter ends in about 24h it would be really cool if we could at least make the second stretch goals. There has been great community support from individuals but companies are only a few small ones. So we need another push from the community to reach stretch goal 2 and get to the point where rebar3 or probably then rebar4 can be included in Erlang/OTP.
Despite the end of the main Kickstarter please try keep selling it in your companies, they are the main beneficiaries of better and sustainable build tooling. We will keep the company tiers open and also are willing to add more sponsors via invoicing which might be easier for companies.
Since we don’t want to delay sending out the swag all tiers with physical goods will be closed tomorrow however!
