Which OTP version will you use when writing a new lib/app
The latest for me, since each release seems to be bringing substantial improvements.

I would use the latest unless there was some explicit reason for not doing that, e.g. some library I might use hasn’t been tested with the latest.
In my experience, and I’ve been delivering products on OTP since R4, any released version is production ready.
